New Internet Banking Customers who have not yet completed the Security Update:

  1. Select Access Your Account then click on New User Sign-In
  2. Enter in your User ID (in the first box)-- Please use your SSN or TIN with no spaces or dashes
  3. Enter in your password (in the second box)--Please use the last four digits of your SSN
  4. NEW! Enter in the Random Code as it appears (in the third box)
  5. Select Next
  6. Read and select "I Accept" the disclosure NEW! Choose (or create your own) and answer 3 questions (note: the answers are case sensitive)
  7. NEW! Create a Security Key (a word or phrase--this will be displayed at the top of our web pages each time you are logged in to our site. Do NOT type this in as your password.) Enter email address (optional)
  8. Select Finalize

Proceed to sign-in now

If you have already completed the Security Update described above please log in:

  1. Select Access Your Account then Enter in your User ID (SSN) with no dashes or spaces
  2. Enter the Security Code exactly as it appears in the box above
  3. Click Login
  4. Answer your question
  5. Select Next
  6. Visually verify that your Security Key is correct
  7. Enter in your password (not the security key)
  8. Select Login
